For sale: TVR 400SE
After 12 years of ownership it’s time for me to let her go to a new home. My TVR 400SE is one of the last, registed in 1990 and she has done about 80,000 miles, has a file full of service history and is in exceptional condition. I have bought several other classic cars over the years and I concluded that I have so much happy memories with this car, there is no possibility to make it better. It deserves to be used more often than I’m capable of with a young family.

Specs

• Mechanically: Perfect. NCK engine with optimized head flow which did 251bhp at the rear wheels. The car is previously owned by Tim Lamont of TVR specialist ACT.

• Chassis: Perfect. Chassis refurb by Southways. Poly bushes around. Desirable power steering option factory fitted. New Toyo sticky tires at the rear.

• Body: Good, with some scuffs that fits the milage and age. Minor stress crack at the left headlamp. Desirable 16” rear alloys at the rear. 15” front.

• Interior: Very good, sighns of wear, but not tears of cracks. Veneer has been re-done. Electrically everything works. Even quite accurate fuel meter.

Very usable classic with pre-cat v8 rumble. Recent MOT (flew through without advisories) and valid until aug. 2026 (!)
As a bonus she in included with an original print of the wedge bible, a desirable Leven Technology rain cover and a original, time correct, TVR factory Tuscan Race team jacket.

Really like her to get to a good home.
