Suzuki SV650S (2003) – Well-Maintained, Reliable, and Ready to Ride

I’m selling my beloved 2003 Suzuki SV650S, a reliable and well-cared-for bike with 100,000 km on the clock. It has been a joy to ride, and I’d love to see it go to a new owner who will appreciate its character and capabilities, as I don’t ride it as much as it deserves.


Details:

• Ownership History: Bought in November 2023 from its second owner, who kept it for 18 years. The bike was always well-maintained and cared for.
• Condition: The bike runs perfectly and starts up with no issues. It has a small scratch on one side of the fairing from a minor drop by the previous owner, but otherwise, it’s in great shape. (I myself never dropped it).

• Recent Maintenance:
• Brake fluid, seals, and brake pads changed 1,000 km ago before a road trip.
• Tires are functional but will likely need replacing at the end of the next season.


Upgrades and Features:

• Aftermarket Exhaust for a more aggressive sound (with db killer).
• Power Commander and dynorun done in 2019 (bike runs at 79hp and 65,5nm of torque)
• Frame Protection to safeguard against drops.
• Comfort-focused upgrades, including:
- ZX-10R rear shock for improved handling
• Bar risers for a more upright riding position.
• Higher windscreen for better wind protection.
• Seat cover and short plate holder for added style and comfort. (Original Passenger seat provided)
• All original parts (windscreen, plate holder, etc.) are included in the sale.

Why I’m Selling:

I passed my motorcycle license in May 2024 and rode this SV650S for four months before upgrading to a different bike. I’ve since been riding the new bike and haven’t used this one much, so it’s time to let it go to someone who’ll get more out of it.

Price: €2000 is what I consider a fair price due to the good maintenance and different parts installed (and original ones), but I’m open to discussion.

Considering its condition, recent maintenance, and included upgrades, this is a fair price for a reliable and fun bike like this.
