Opis vozila

Oudste nog rijdende Renault 11 turbo fase 1 in Nederland. Dit jaar alweer 40 jaar oud!

Unieke uitvoering! Zo'n exemplaar vind je niet meer in Nederland en misschien wel nergens anders. Er zijn nog maar 15 R11 turbo's in Nederland, waarvan de meeste fase 2 zijn (degene met de bredere enkele koplampen) en van de 15 zijn er nog maar 5 in rijdende staat.

Prachtige, onbeschadigde, roestvrije en geheel originele auto. Van buiten vallen direct de originele lichtmetalen velgen op. Vind ze maar weer. De turbostriping onder de deuren is aanwezig, net als de turbobadges in de grille en op de kofferklep. De grote turbosticker op de achterruit maakt het plaatje compleet. De bodem, subframe, kriksteunen en dorpels zijn nog overal staalhard en nooit gelast. Ook het interieur is geheel origineel en de bekleding is nergens kapot of versleten, zelfs de lendensteunen van de stoelen met hun prachtige streeppatroon, die zo typerend zijn voor de turboversie, zijn nog intact. Het dashboard vertoont wat kleine droogtescheurtjes door het lange eerste leven in Zuid-Frankrijk. Het leer van het stuur is daarentegen nog helemaal intact.
Ook de motorruimte is geheel origineel op het openluchtfilter en de volledig roestvrijstalen uitlaat na. Geen siliconen slangen of andere toeters en bellen, alles zo authentiek mogelijk. De auto is recent geserviced en heeft gloednieuwe Franse Kleber banden. De APK is geldig tot 2025.

De auto rijdt, remt en stuurt goed. De boekjes en historie van APK/vorige eigenaren zijn aanwezig. Ook is hij voorzien van een aluminium carburateur inlaat en een OMP veerpootstabilisator, maar ik vind het origineel mooier en heb hem dus losgeschroefd.

Wil je nu nog iets heel bijzonders rijden? Wacht dan niet langer. Deze kans komt niet meer terug!!

Een auto die veel zeldzamer is dan een R5GT turbo en toch net zo sportief.

Oldest running Renault 11 turbo phase 1 in the Netherlands. 40 years old this year!

Unique version! You won't find another one of these in the Netherlands and perhaps even nowhere else. There are only 15 R11 turbos left in the Netherlands, most of which are stage 2 (the ones with the wider single headlights) and of the 15 only 5 are still in running condition.

Beautiful, unspoiled, rust-free and completely original car. From the outside you immediately notice the original alloy wheels. Find them again. The turbo striping on the bottom of the doors is present, as are the turbo badges in the grille and on the trunk lid. The large turbo sticker on the rear window completes the look. The bottom, subframe, jack stands and sills are still steel hard everywhere and have never been welded. The interior is also completely original and the upholstery is not broken or worn anywhere, even the lumbar supports of the seats with their beautiful stripe pattern, which are so typical of the turbo version, are still intact. The dashboard shows some minor drought cracks due to its long first life in the south of France. The leather of the steering wheel, on the other hand, is still completely intact.
The engine compartment is also completely original except for the open air filter and the completely stainless steel exhaust. No silicone hoses or other bells and whistles, everything as authentic as possible. The car has recently been serviced and has brand new French-made Kleber tires. The MOT is valid until 2025.

The car drives, brakes and steers well. The booklets and history of MOT/previous owners are present. It also comes with an aluminum carburetor intake and an OMP strut stabilizer, but I like the original better and so I unscrewed it.
