De Ford Escort MK2 RS2000! Een icoon uit de jaren 70/80 en tegenwoordig nog steeds erg populair en geliefd!
Nieuw gebouwd in 1984 van een originele nieuwe Ford RS2000 Motorsport carrosserie (geregistreerd door Westerfeld Neuenkirchen). De vorige (en enige!) eigenaar werkte destijds bij de Duitse Tuner Eichberg, en heeft deze eigenhandig gebouwd. De auto heeft voor de laatste keer op straat gereden in 1997! Sindsdien stil gestaan. Helaas is hij daardoor niet beter geworden. De auto behoeft veel liefde. Maar het is een RS dus zeker de moeite waard. En de auto is vrij origineel en compleet (op midden en einddemper van de uitlaat en gaskabel na).
Laswerk op de bekende plekken. Dorpels (vooral links) , wielranden achter, chassis balken hebben een gaatje, vloer, reservewiel bak enz. De veerpootplaten en binnenschermen aan de voorkant zien er nog goed uit. Geen project voor een weekend!
Er zit een sportfilter op, en speciale verstelbare koni schokdempers. Motor draait goed rond met de hand (niet gestart, loopt niet).
Auto heeft duits kenteken (papieren compleet), sleutel is ook erbij (alle sloten op 1 sleutel).

The Ford Escort MK2 RS2000! An icon from the 70s/80s and still very popular and loved today!
Newly built in 1984 from an original new Ford RS2000 Motorsport body (registered by Westerfeld Neuenkirchen). The previous (and only!) owner worked at the German Tuner Eichberg at the time, and built it himself. The car was driven on the street for the last time in 1997! It has stood still since then. Unfortunately, this has not done the car very well. The car needs a fair bit of work. But it is an RS so it is definitely worth it. And the car is quite original and complete (except for the middle and rear silencer of the exhaust and throttle cable).
Welding is necessary in the known places. Sills (especially left), wheel arches at the rear, chassis legs have a hole, front floor, spare wheel well, etc. The strut plates and inner wings at the front still look good. Not a project for a weekend!
There is a sports filter on it, and special adjustable koni shock absorbers. Engine turns over by hand, not started, non runner.
Car has German license plate (papers complete), key is also included (all locks on 1 key).
