BMW 1602 with 36.000km from new. First paint, original interior, as new condition. Wonderful driver’s car in Atlantik Blue over grey cloth. Green tinted windows from factory and fitted with an optional revolution-counter to set itself apart from other 1602’s. The 1.6 litre in-line four cylinder is very responsive and lively. In period they were quicker than their competition. Even today they are joyful to drive around town and into the countryside.
It has the movie-star looks of the BMW 2002. Also handling wise it is on par with its beloved 2-litre brother. With rear wheel drive and the same, trusty, components as a 2002 the open roads await. Its 85 hp engine is connected to a manual 4-speed gearbox and feels sportier than it sounds. We can only advise to tour it as much as possible.
1973 was the first year of the square tail lights and a more modern front. In september 1977 this 02 was delivered to its first owner, who kept it well-maintained. Still, this is a true 02, with sheer driving pleasure for enthusiasts who would like to take their classic car out on a regular basis. Headrests, easy to use seatbelts and other improvements from the renewed 02 model make life easier. This late model Square is a practical classic and a nostalgic conversation starter.

Previously it was registered in the Netherlands in our name and it is an easy task to get it re-registered on the same number plates again. We export and ship worldwide.
